30%-40% (Equipment Maintenance) 60%-70% (Facilities Management + Preventive Maintenance Security)
- Plan and execute corrective/preventive maintenance on facility equipment and plant equipment to ensure good efficiency and availability.
- Implement TPM sprogram in HPSL such as autonomous maintanance and criticial spare part management.
- Support EHSS related topics, ensure site is in full compliance with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Security regulation and policy.
- Engage external equipment vendor for service contract and adhoc diagnostic or corrective maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma
- Hands on experience in mixer and milling equipment maintenance is an advantage.
- Knowledge in TMP, Equipment FMEA is an advantage.
- EHS competence, familiar with ISO45001 & ISO14000 is a plus.
