Responsibilities:
- Establish, implement and manage BIM Standard
- Lead BIM Modellers in the discipline’s project team
- Champion of BIM in discipline
- Planning of BIM Resources and Training
- Involvement with work-related committees (external or internal) including BIM Centre of Excellence (CoE)
- Assist the BIM Implementation Manager with BIM related tasks and contracts
- Establish and lead the BIM Project Execution Plan
- Establish and manage project’s IDD workflow for discipline in project
- Creation of Revit templates based on design team’s needs
- Audit Project Team’s BIM Project Execution
- Multidisciplinary Coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D)
- Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines design-changes and model challenges
- Prepare own discipline model and/or content for BIM Coordination Meetings
- Helpdesk for BIM issues
- Integration of BIM/Revit into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in BIM and continual improvement and mastery of BIM
