Job Description:
- Seeking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join the team.
- The roles involve assisting customers, maintaining store displays, and supporting the store's daily operations.
■ Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Process clothing buy-back transactions and ensure quality control.
- Support store management with inventory control and stock organization.
- Senior Store Associate will also take on additional responsibilities, including training new staff on site and supporting store operations.
Job Requirements:
■ Store Associate:
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in hospitality-related roles or sales activities involving intangible products is also welcomed.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- A strong passion for fashion and sustainable retail practices is must.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is required to communicate with external parties.
■ Senior Store Associate:
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with leadership experience in a small team preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- A strong passion for fashion and sustainable retail practices is must.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is required to communicate with external parties.
