RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities
- Lead finance transformation initiatives to enhance processes and reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate financial risks
- Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial goals with organizational objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CFA preferred)
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the non-profit sector
- Strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills
- Experience with implementing financial systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central)
