**Korean language proficiency is required to communicate effectively with the Korea HQ team, which primarily speaks Korean.
- Develop and oversee Asia Sales and Country Sales pipeline reports.
- Consolidate and evaluate Country and Asia Sales task progress, providing weekly updates to RHQ.
- Track significant sales progress via CRM system updates for Asia Sales and Country Sales PICs.
- Create monthly reports for sales performance analysis, ASM account P&L assessments, and sales planning.
- Facilitate monthly sales meetings (via conference calls) with Asia RHQ, Asia Sales, and country teams.
- Prepare quarterly reports to assess progress on sales strategies.
- Manage bi-annual and annual reporting, and organize sales meetings (via conference calls or in-person).
- Develop presentation materials and share insights on new MNC targets, emerging opportunities, and best practices with regional teams.
- Oversee ASM and sales-related issues, escalate as necessary, and support issue resolution efforts.
