**Korean language proficiency is required to communicate effectively with the Korea HQ team, which primarily speaks Korean.
- Structure and manage Asia Sales and Country Sales pipeline reports.
- Compile and review Country and Asia Sales task progress, and report to RHQ weekly.
- Monitor major sales progress through CRM system updates for Asia Sales and Country Sales PICs.
- Prepare monthly reports for sales performance reviews, ASM account P&L evaluations, and sales plans.
- Organize monthly sales meetings (via conference calls) involving Asia RHQ, Asia Sales, and Asia countries.
- Generate quarterly reports to review sales strategy progress.
- Coordinate bi-annual and annual reports and sales meetings (conference calls or face-to-face).
- Develop materials and share insights on new MNC targets, opportunities, and best practices with countries.
- Monitor ASM and sales-related issues, escalate to relevant stakeholders, and provide support for resolution.
