Location - West (Lift / Escalator Industry)
Summary
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance works on equipment.
Standby duties as required to ensure equipment functions properly and safely.
Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive maintenance works according to the schedule.
- Perform corrective maintenance works as needed.
- Adhere to safety work procedures.
- Ensure proper use and storage of tools.
- Maintain proper work behavior while on duty.
- Perform standby duties when required.
- Follow up on breakdown reports and assist the Standby Section as necessary.
- Report all team-related matters to superiors.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by superiors.
- Maintain proper records of works carried out in relevant reports.
- Attend building or equipment inspections as required by law (e.g., BCD, FSB).
- Assist in conducting investigations of damages or accidents involving equipment or personnel.
- Follow up on Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) defects.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental Policy, including waste reduction and pollution prevention.
Requirements:
- Own transport is a must ($325 vehicle allowance)
