We are representing our client, an established agricultural enterprise with core business activities in China, to look for an Accounts & Admin Executive to provide support to the regional and local Accounting Teams and handle general office administrative work.


Job Responsibilities

  • Accounting Co-ordination: Track and coordinate financial transactions and reports to support regional and local accounting teams.
  • Accounting Documentation: Prepare and file financial documents.
  • Office Management: Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and records. Ensure the office environment is tidy and functional.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit documents and reports. Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper.
  • Meeting Support: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, report generation, and other administrative tasks. Provide support for on-going projects as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors and clients. Address inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounting/book-keeping software.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and resourcefully.
  • Proficiently bilingual in English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders).
