Job Description:
- Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.
- Work in accordance with project scope and schedule, and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications.
- Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high-quality models, drawings and/or drawings.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry.
- Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure) will be added bonus.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
