IT Infrastructure Support:
- Provide Level 1 technical support to end user, including software & network problem
- Deployment of new computer, including installation of software to end user
- Create & maintain end user account (AD & Email)
- Co-ordinate with external vendor for support
- Involve with infrastructure project & setting up new site office
- Responsible for new staff orientation briefing
- Provide onsite support to end user
- Ad-Hoc duties/task as per assigned
General:
- Create and maintain documentation on technical problem.
- Procurement of IT hardware and software
- Update & maintain IT inventory
- Disposal of IT hardware
Requirements:
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma / Advanced Diploma in IT
- Min. 2 years of experience or relevant working experience. Preferable with desktop support experience
- Basic Active Directory, Networking & MS365 skill. Candidate with Server, Hyper-V & Firewall knowledge is a plus point
- Good Knowledge on Microsoft Product
- Travel to various location around Singapore
- Able to work independent & multitask
