Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee technical projects, breaking them into actionable tasks with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Act as the central point of contact between engineers, sales teams, and external vendors, ensuring alignment and seamless communication.
- Provide regular, concise project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate robotic integrations with systems such as OpenRMF, door access controls, elevators, and other infrastructure.
- Identify potential risks and roadblocks, developing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Drive issue resolution to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines.
- Maintain detailed records of project requirements, timelines, and technical specifications using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing engineering projects: 3+ years of experience in project management, or as an engineer who has led or actively coordinated projects.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Interest in project management and willingness to learn agile methodologies.
