WSH Manager
Job Summary:
· Lead the EHS department and develop, implement, and maintain the EHS Management System
· Ensure legal compliance, conduct inspections and audits, and manage contractors from an EHS perspective
· Investigate incidents, review risk assessments, and drive EHS culture
· Conduct safety checks, ensure fire protection and emergency response readiness, and promote safe working conditions
· Liaise with statutory bodies, conduct training, and update management on EHSS performance
Requirements:
· Relevant qualification in Workplace, Safety, and Health
· 8 years of experience in the Construction Engineering Industry
· Strong technical competency, interpersonal, and communication skills
· Ability to interact effectively with colleagues in other business units
