Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial modeling and analysis for potential real estate investments.
- Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate market.
- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations for senior management and investors.
- Conduct due diligence on potential investment properties, including site visits, property inspections, and reviewing legal documents.
- Monitor and report on the performance of existing real estate investments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including brokers, legal advisors, and property managers.
- Must be resourceful.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- As the firm’s investment mandate is global, extensive travel may be required and within short notice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate markets and investment principles.
- Proficiency in real estate software and databases is a plus.
