Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
- Review project proposals and plans to define timelines, budget limitations, staffing requirements, and procedures to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Coordinate and participate in pre- and post-tender surveys to ensure project readiness and compliance.
- Provide detailed project updates and reports during Work-in-Progress (WIP) reviews for management.
- Lead and manage the project team, ensuring effective collaboration and task execution.
- Attend monthly WIP meetings with key stakeholders, including the Commercial team and Finance Controller, to review progress and address challenges.
- Monitor and manage project costs, identifying potential overruns and mitigating risks of delays proactively.
- Champion safety standards by conducting regular quality checks, safety walks, and inspections, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the elevator and escalator industry / construction or related field
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or in Project Management, or equivalent qualifications.
- A solid understanding of marketing principles and market demands within the elevator industry.
Salary commensurates based on experience.
