Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Key Account Executive, Air Freight to join their warehouse team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Responsibilities of Key Account Executive, Air Freight:
- Manage and coordinate shipment workflows and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with customers and departments to ensure accurate shipment execution.
- Monitor payments, resolve discrepancies, and foster strong customer relationships.
- Address operational issues to meet customer requirements and resolve complaints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Min 2 years of experience in account management, with similar setting
- Comfortable to work with alternate Saturday
