- Minimum of 5 years experience in retail with a direct responsibility for visual merchandising & retail concept
- Creates and designs visual concept to animate in a consistent customer path, launches and catalogue
- Ensures technical and legal compliance regarding the production
- Uplifts brand’s visual identity to build customer centric retail concepts
Job Description
- Define and create International Business Division retail design & merchandising strategy in order to elevate the brand image and identity in stores, to reinforce brand visibility, in line with brand equity and brand retailtainment DNA.
- Adapt brand spatial concept to local distribution constraints & business specificities + Implement the merchandising solutions for make-up testers units and POS materials, answering local needs.
- Propose innovative in-store solutions within the frame of distributors partnership
- Coordinate the conception, production, delivery and installation of any kind of local specific materials
- Ensure the respect of brand image in POS
- Support the always on in-store activation of FSS
- Ensure compliance with technical and legal aspects regarding production norms
- Ensure follow-up of the budget
- Monitor the performance of projects taking into account budget and time constraints
