About the Job
As a Senior Medical Sales Representative, you will promote and sell medical equipment and consumable products to hospitals, community healthcare facilities, and eldercare institutions while building and maintaining customer relationships and expanding the client base. Your role involves engaging Key Opinion Leaders, organizing promotional events, conducting product presentations and training, and gathering market feedback. You will prepare detailed reports with market intelligence and competition analysis, manage the product life cycle, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement strategic product launch plans, ensuring effective cost management.
Skills and Experience Required
Ideally, the right applicants will possess the following:
- A diploma or higher in Nursing, Business, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in critical care sales, particularly in medical equipment and consumables.
- Experience in anesthesiology sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A personal vehicle and the willingness to travel.
