Title: Service Technician
Salary; S$2,500 to $3,000
Working Days & Hours: 5 days , 9am-6pm
Office location: Bukit Batok Crescent
Working location: Singapore Islandwide - Client site
Main Responsibilities:
- Routine Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance on BMS equipment and system. Ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently to prevent breakdowns.
- Repairs and Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing equipment and system level issues. Troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment and performing repairs to resolve issues promptly.
- Emergency Response: Handling emergency repairs, such as system breakdown or broken equipment. Responding quickly to maintenance requests from the Building Facility Team.
- Managing Building Systems: Monitoring the operation of building management systems (BMS), which may include HVAC, lighting, security, and fire protection systems. Adjusting settings and controls as necessary to maintain optimal building conditions.
- Performing replacement/ A&A work requested by building FM Team upon receive of Job confirmation.
- Record-Keeping and Reporting: Documenting completed maintenance tasks and repairs in logs or maintenance management systems. Reporting major issues to supervisors or management for further action.
- Compliance and Safety Standards: Ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety regulations. Following safety protocols for handling hazardous materials, using protective equipment, and working in potentially dangerous environments.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or any related discipline
- At least 1~3 years of working experience in construction or retrofit projects in BMS/ACMV/Electrical/ELV Technical skills in Building Management System, low voltage electrical works.
- Hands on repair and maintenance skill is a must
