Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR Payment and Claims Team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of HR transactions across all institutions and departments within NUHS, including:
- Manpower Billing
- Honorarium
- Payment Processing
- Medical Claims, and other related matters
- Ensure the team consistently meets Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in accordance with NUHS policies and relevant legislation.
- Analyze and refine work processes to improve team efficiency and overall performance.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team supervisors and members, fostering personal development and encouraging cross-team collaboration.
- Drive system improvement projects across the HR Group Shared Services (GSS).
- Participate in taskforces to champion HR GSS values, focusing on Quality, Service, and Efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience:
- At least 6 years of experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a people management role.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an advantage.
- Extensive experience in project management.
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage a team independently.
- Excellent team player with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
