Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and team lead
- Assist in setting up meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging teleconferences or site visits.
- Ensure smooth team communication through tools like Teams and maintain organized records and files.
- Handle meeting minutes, follow-ups, and streamline work processes.
- Use internal systems to manage purchase orders and track invoices.
- Handle sensitive mail and confidential correspondence appropriately.
- Support projects and initiatives as needed.
- Work independently, assuming responsibility for tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ensure high-quality work is completed promptly, resolving urgent issues when needed.
- Provide backup administrative support when colleagues are unavailable.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any related course of studies
- Some experience in admin coordination will be highly preferred
- Candidates without experience are welcome as training will be provided
