Job Description:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and team lead
  • Assist in setting up meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging teleconferences or site visits.
  • Ensure smooth team communication through tools like Teams and maintain organized records and files.
  • Handle meeting minutes, follow-ups, and streamline work processes.
  • Use internal systems to manage purchase orders and track invoices.
  • Handle sensitive mail and confidential correspondence appropriately.
  • Support projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Work independently, assuming responsibility for tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure high-quality work is completed promptly, resolving urgent issues when needed.
  • Provide backup administrative support when colleagues are unavailable.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any related course of studies
  • Some experience in admin coordination will be highly preferred
  • Candidates without experience are welcome as training will be provided
