Responsibilities
· Lead, plan and drive large scale project that focus on CCTV installation and video analytics islandwide
· Coordinate internal resources and external parties/vendors for flawless execution of assigned
projects
· Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
· Upfront planning to ensure resource availability and allocation
· Develop detailed project plan to monitor, implement and track progress
· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate
verification techniques
· Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Report and escalate to management when
needed
· Manage relationship with customers and relevant stakeholders
· Develop spreadsheets and PowerPoint to document needs and update
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
· Degree in Computer Science or related field
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
· Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added
· advantage
· Proven experiences (at least 5 years) in handling large scale projects in ICIT environment and preferably in CCTV/ Video analytics related project
· Deep understanding in Agile development for software products
· Experience with project management software tools
· Excellent working attitude, problem-solving, critical thinking, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills
· Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
· Proficient in planning, managing, delegating, and coaching
· Self-driven; results- and customer-oriented
· Working location is in Jurong East
· Singaporeans only
