Position Overview:
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about designing and implementing technology solutions while providing technical support for smooth operations. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will contribute to infrastructure planning, project execution, and end-user support to ensure seamless technology integration and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in planning and designing technology schematics and infrastructure solutions.
- Develop detailed bills of materials and provide proactive recommendations for technology enhancements.
- Take full accountability for assigned projects, overseeing the installation, field deployment, and implementation phases through to completion.
- Maintain up-to-date project schedules and cost sheets, ensuring timely reporting of progress to senior staff.
- Provide technical and desktop support for end-users, ensuring system reliability and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and communicate solutions, fostering positive relationships.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, endpoint security, and basic networking configuration.
- Familiarity with helpdesk systems and processes.
- Excellent communication skills to manage end-user interactions and articulate technical solutions.
- Capable of planning delivery timelines and coordinating with stakeholders effectively.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
