What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the right frames, lenses, and accessories to meet their vision needs and personal style.
- Interpret prescriptions provided by optometrists and ensure accurate lens measurements.
- Provide guidance on lens types, coatings, and features to enhance vision and comfort.
- Adjust, repair, and fit eyewear to ensure customer satisfaction and comfort.
- Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the retail team to maintain a welcoming and professional store environment.
- Support the sales process by promoting products and services while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Nitec in Opticianry (Recognized by OOB)
- Provisional level is welcome to apply as training will be given
