Customer Service Executive / Logistics Coordinator (Letter of Credit)

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders in the SAP system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Manage and prepare documentation for Letters of Credit, ensuring compliance with international trade standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address any delays or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipping, invoicing, and customer communications.
  • Support cross-functional teams in improving logistics workflows and enhancing customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination and SAP system usage.
  • Expertise in managing Letters of Credit and international trade documentation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
