- Position: Operations Assistant (MUST have Freight Background)
- Location: Loyang, East Region (STRAIGHT BUS FROM PASIR RIS MRT)
- Working hours: 5 Working days (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm /9am to 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3200 + AWS + Insurance Coverage + Dental Benefits
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle documentation for all shipments and plan for collection/delivery in order to meet cut-off timing.
- Preparing and processing of shipments
- Follow-up with customers on shipment status, building good customer relationship and assist on customers’ request.
- Responsible to close all job files promptly to meet month end closing of accounts.
- Ability to ensure that KPIs are met.
Requirements:
- Recognized Diploma / ITE preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations Management
- Good working knowledge for MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with associates who can only speak Mandarin
