Duration: 6 + 6 months
Location: Changi
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am to 6pm; Friday 830am to 530pm
Responsibilities:
- Main liaison with the engaged events company to plan and organise events, taking into account coordination and inputs from participating exhibitors
- Develop relevant marketing and promotional materials for events
- Arrange for site recce and rehearsals
During Event
- Provide support throughout the event – to be the key point of contact and work closely with the events company to resolve issues on-site
- Ensure supporting staff and teams are quickly informed when issues arise
Other Administrative Duties
- Provide administrative support (invitation lists, administrative brief preparation etc)
- Prepare event reports and after-action review
Requirements:
- Trained in any discipline with at least 2 years of related working experience in events
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Resourceful, with high initiative, and able to problem-solve
- Good team player and able to multi-task
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skill
