- Provide excellent customer service through hotline calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Process customer orders through various purchase channels.
- Manage enrolments for new customers.
- Prepare daily sales reports to ensure accurate records of payments and stock quantities.
- Assist with purchasing merchandise and spare parts.
- Organize and maintain proper documentation and filing.
- Verify invoices against order forms for accuracy.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries.
- Handle product issuance based on customer purchases.
- Pack stock for deliveries and courier services.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely shipment.
- Conduct daily stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Replenish stock as needed by placing orders.
- Receive and arrange stock in the warehouse.
- Provide after-sales support, including handling repairs.
- Prepare inventory reports.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in customer service or sales administration.
- Strong communication skills
- Immediate starter is a plus
