Job Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the department; Preparing reports;
- Drafting correspondence, schedules, memos, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents from notes, dictation, and other sources;
- Proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and format; distributing documents as instructed; maintaining calendars; coordinating and scheduling meetings, training sessions, appointments, and making travel arrangements;
- Receiving and screening internal/external visitors/guests;
- Receiving, screening, and directing telephone calls to appropriate department;
- Providing information to callers; maintaining filing system, including establishing and updating files, sorting, grading, verifying, filing and retrieving office documentation;
- Establishing and maintaining new and specialized files according to prescribed methods;
- Tracking time/attendance; assisting with processing of travel and other expenses;
- Preparing, sorting, prioritizing, logging and distributing incoming and outgoing mail; and
Maintaining specialized logs, mailing lists and tracking systems; performing special projects, as required.
Requirements
Min. ‘N/O’ Levels, or Diploma holder
Proficient in Microsoft Office
No related experience needed, full training will be provided
