Human Resource Officer | Up to $4k | Payroll / whyzeHR | Woodlands
- Salary : SGD3,300 - SGD 4,000
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 830am to 6pm (once a month half Saturday 9am to 12pm)

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Conduct orientation to newly hired employees and provide information about the company benefits
- Handle the work pass for foreign workers (application, renewal, cancellation, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR databases to ensure accurate and confidential information
- Payroll processing and CPF/IR8A/IR21 submission
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee's termination and maintain proper documentation
- Provide support on ad-hoc HR related tasks/projects
Job Requirements
- With relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
- Experience in using whyzeHR is preferred
