Working hours
- A working minimum of 14 working days of training (can be more or less)
- 44 hours / week.
- 3 shift rotating (To rotate amongst all as scheduled):
- Morning: 830am-630pm / 830am - 530pm (with 1 hour break), 4 weekdays and 1 weekend (regardless of PH)
- Afternoon: 11am-9pm / 12pm-9pm (with 1 hour break), 4 weekdays and 1 weekend (regardless of PH)
- Night: 7pm-9am (with 2 hours break), 2 days on, 2 days off (regardless of PH)
Responsibilities
- Logging of cases that are seen via video consultation at Doctor Anywhere
- Packing the medications that have been prescribed by the doctor online
- Arranging for deliveries for medications
- Working closely with our operations team and delivery partners to ensure that medications are delivered smoothly and on time
- Ensuring that medications packed are correct
- Assist the telemedicine lead in managing the inventory
- To carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. N/O Level, Nitec & above in any field of study
- Able to commit min 6 months
- Able to work shifts
- Able to attend training fully
- Bonus to have related experience (Pharmacy Technicians/Pharmacy Assistants/Clinic Assistants/Logistics Assistants)
