Our Client is in the Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Assistant IT Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization's cybersecurity measures.
- Evaluate IT needs and propose improvements for productivity, security, and efficiency.
- Recommend tech upgrades to management, highlighting their benefits.
- Plan and manage IT projects like system updates, migrations, and outages.
- Support IS team management, including performance reviews and career guidance.
- Identify IT training needs and develop programs for employee skill enhancement.
- Project management, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Any ad-hoc duty as given
Requirements:
- Min degree in Computer Science/IT
- Min 3 years’ experience in cybersecurity practices and end-user computing.
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies: Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Services.
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CEH will be advantageous
- Will require to travel overseas
