Working hours: 9.00am to 6.15pm
Duration: 6 months contract
Job Scope
• Perform check of accounts payable invoices and data entry of invoices and payment into accounting system
• Preparation of payments and ensure approval of payments are obtained on time
• Preparation and data entry of other entries into accounting system
• Proper filing of documents
• Open and sort out incoming letters/mails
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirement
• Minimum GCE A level/ Diploma in any field
• No experience needed, training will be provided
