WORKING TIME: 8.30AM-5.30PM (5DAYS WORK WEEK)
SALARY: $2,500 - $3,000
LOCATION: PANDAN RESERVOIR
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner
2. Preparing stock inventories, conduct stock take on monthly basis, stock reconciliation
3. Preparing tax computation for GST
4. Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
5. Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
6. Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
7. Prepare audit schedules and fixed asset schedule
8. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
9. Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
Skill/Experience
* Have experienced in inventory stock take on a monthly basis would be of advantage.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
* Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Relevant accounting qualifications
