Responsibilities:
Office Administrative Support
- Handle general administrative tasks, including attending to visitors, managing office supplies and inventory, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean, organized, and conducive office environment.
- Set up and configure end-user devices such as desktops and laptops.
- Offer support to internal colleagues with their end-user needs.
- Perform basic first-tier IT support following standard ITIL processes to meet end-user computing requirements.
- Monitor and manage the end-to-end process of change requests (CR).
- Track and maintain records of software licenses, inventory, and accessories for end-user computing.
HR Administrative Support
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and office gatherings.
- Support HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits and claims, leave management, training, and payroll.
- Ensure accurate maintenance and updating of employee records while adhering to PDPA compliance.
- Manage timely application and renewal of work passes.
- Update work pass holders’ details (e.g., address, passport information) with MOM.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the HR and Admin team as needed.
Requirements
- A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in office administration or HR support roles is preferred. (Open to candidates with no prior experience)
- Solid understanding of administrative procedures and fundamental HR practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft desktop operating systems and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Demonstrated ability to independently seek solutions to challenges.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the island for business purposes when required.
