- Oversees the operations of the academy, liaising with SCC facilities for physical support
- Ensures the proper enrollment and onboarding of trainees / participants
- Ensures the timely and accurate submission of claims documents in various government portals
- Maintains good communication with HRs of companies, WSG and other stakeholders for smooth grant administration process
- Manages the marcom activities of the academy –website, social media, events calendar
- Works closely with finance to ensure that all incoming and outgoing funds are accurate and timely, sent to the correct recipients.
- Maintain good communication with trainers, ensuring that they are adequately supported to provide the best training delivery
- Be the Data Protection Officer for the academy
- Ensure that audits are properly prepared for
- Provide leadership for the ops and admin team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management and/or administrative management, preferably in a CET organization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff and resources effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
