Job Description:

  • Assist day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company in its day-to-day operation.
  • Maintain and manage proper filing of document, including sorting and scanning the documents into electronics format.
  • Administrative support includes typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Evaluate office administration policies, procedures, forms and revises as and when necessary to improve efficiency and workflow.


Job Requirements:

  • Min A level and above, or relevant field
