Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SaaS and COTS products to meet organizational needs.
- Customize software solutions to align with business processes and technical requirements.
- Ensure smooth integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, data sources, and third-party applications.
- Develop custom scripts or configurations as needed to optimize performance and user experience.
- Ensure robust integrations between the SaaS/COTS solutions and other enterprise systems.
Experience and skills requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
- Must have minimum 3 years of working experience in this role.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SaaS platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday
- Experience with COTS solutions across multiple industries (e.g. ERP, CRM).
- Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Knowledge of software development (Python, JavaScript, SQL) for customizations. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
