PROJECT / SITE COORDINATOR
Company Background:
An established MNC company that offers mechanical locks, electromechanical and electronic locks, locking systems and hardware, digital door locks, hotel security solutions, secure identity systems, and fittings.
Location: Central (Ubi)
Remuneration Package:
- Basic up to S$ 4,000

Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall project management, schedule planning, and implementation.
- Manage site activities, internal project teams, sub-contractors, and vendors/in-house contractors.
- Coordinate with building owners, architects, consultants, main contractors, residence architects/engineers, interior designers, and sub-contractors.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment from suppliers to sub-contractors.
- Perform pre-installation inspections and assess site conditions for installation.
- Prepare and submit site installation drawings.
- Prepare As-Built Drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, and conduct training for the building management team.
- Oversee testing and commissioning of equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with contractors on relevant testing, including fire alarm testing and RI.
- Provide product/technical support and handle testing and commissioning of installed products.
- Prepare materials and construction drawings, including production specifications.
- Carry necessary tools (e.g., ladder, calibration tools) in your vehicle due to the nature of the work.
Job Requirements:
- With at least 3 years of related or relevant industries or construction background experiences
- Self-learner and good in details.
- Candidates with a class 3 driving license will be highly preferred due to work nature requires frequent client site visitations
