Key Responsibilities
· Proficient in managing daily requests for unit trust transfers, from initiation of request to completion.
· Timely and accurate processing of unit trust requests
· Effective management and resolution of failed transfers.
· Provide seamless, efficient, effective, and value-added services to front office.
· Ensure adherence to established procedures, control guidelines, market regulations and compliance framework during processing.
· Action on mailbox enquiries
· Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
· Serve as Processor or Checker for various tasks
· Account maintenance such as onboarding and updating assignment of Firms and Financial Advisors
· Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the above functional activities
