Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including verifying travel documents and issuing boarding passes.
- Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and other airline services.
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with boarding gate operations, ensuring an orderly and efficient boarding process.
- Offer support for special assistance passengers (e.g., wheelchair users or unaccompanied minors).
- Collaborate with team members to manage unexpected situations, such as flight delays or cancellations.
