Roles & Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements related to payment systems.
· Analyse and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
· Work closely with development teams to design and implement File conversion requirements using the mapping specifications.
· Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and clear communication.
· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, validating results, and ensuring defects are resolved.
· Make changes to ANSI x12 and EDIFACT map
· Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and user expectation
Conduct workshops and presentations to gather feedback and validate requirements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
· Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes knowledge sharing and teamwork.
Mandatory Skills:
· Knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standards.
· Knowledge of Boomi Integrations
· Knowledge of APAC Payment types
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the payment banking domain and Industry Standards ANSI X12, EDIFACT
· Strong knowledge of payment systems, including TT, FAST. GIRO and other digital payment solutions.
· Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and process modelling software.
· Handson Experience in Communication Protocols AS2, FTP, FTPS, SFTP, HTTP, FSA etc.
· Handson and minimum 5 years’ experience in EDI Software’s like Sterling Integrators, GHX, SAP, Dell Boomi.
· Good Knowledge in Prototyping Tools Axure RP 8, Balsamiq and IO Draw with Mapping Tools SI Map Editors (8.0)
· Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
