Job Description:
- Lead and manage the planning, execution and completion of diaphragm wall construction projects.
- Oversee the design, development and approval of construction plans and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and legal regulations on-site.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines.
- Manage project budget, including cost control, procurement and resource allocation.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule, financial performance and risk management.
- Resolve any project-related issues, conflicts and technical challenges.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure the proper documentation and filing of all project-related activities and approvals
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor ’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- Minimally 8 years of experience in construction project management, specifically diaphragm wall construction
- Proven track record managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with local building regulations, environmental and safety standards
- Strong Knowledge of diaphragm wall construction techniques and equipment
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control and financial management of projects
- Effective communication, stakeholder, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working with government agencies or large infrastructure clients;
- Required to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments
