We are seeking an experienced IT Storage Engineer to join a dynamic team, responsible for post-sales support and solution design for enterprise IT products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT solutions for storage systems, servers, and virtualization technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively across local, regional, and HQ teams
Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales support for enterprise IT storage products, ensuring customer satisfaction and system optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and meet deliverables
- Design and provide low-level IT solutions tailored to meet the needs of local office, channel partners, and key account customers
- Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical proposals, ensuring they meet customer requirements and high-quality standards
- Present technical solutions to customers professionally and conduct training sessions for local partners and customers
- Assist in the development of strategies for data protection, disaster recovery, and data migration within storage systems
- Continuously learn and adapt to new IT technologies and storage solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT product design, delivery, and maintenance, especially in x86 servers, SAN/NAS storage, virtualization (VMware), and Windows/Linux/Unix operating systems
- Strong knowledge in x86 server architecture, SAN/NAS storage, data protection, disaster recovery, and data migration
- RedHat RHCE, HCIA/HCIP/HCIE, or other relevant IT certifications are an added advantage
- Experience in IT post-sales support for FSI (Financial Services Industry) or government sectors is preferred
- Familiarity with OpenStack, Oracle DB, and related technologies would be a plus
