We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to provide after-sales support and network solution review for enterprise networking products. This role will focus on delivering technical solutions, supporting key customers, and working closely with both internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales support and review network solutions for enterprise networking products
- Develop and deliver low-level network designs tailored to client needs, collaborating with internal teams, channel partners, and key account customers
- Work as part of a team with regional or headquarters-based teams to implement and deliver networking solutions
- Operate independently with minimal supervision to execute assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Produce high-quality technical proposals for clients and stakeholders
- Present network solutions professionally, ensuring clarity and understanding for customers and channel partners
- Provide technical training to customers and partners to ensure effective adoption of network solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in network design and maintenance, including proficiency with technologies such as STP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IPSEC VPN, L2VPN, L3VPN, Multicast, IPV6, QOS, and VXLAN
- Experience in after-sales support is preferred, particularly within the financial services industry (FSI)
- Knowledge and experience in data center migration projects would be an advantage
- Expertise in network technologies including switching, Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls, and SDN
- Familiarity with IT servers and storage solutions is a plus
- Strong self-initiative, with the ability to manage tasks independently and learn new products and technologies quickly
- Adaptability and flexibility in handling a variety of tasks or job scopes
