We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Solution Manager to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge storage, backup, and IT infrastructure solutions
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions, including storage, backup, disaster recovery, networking, and virtualization
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the enterprise and government sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Conduct customer needs assessments and translate those needs into tailored solutions
- Develop and deliver compelling technical proposals, including Bill-of-Materials (BoM) and pricing
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions
- Manage the pre-sales phase of tenders, including clarifying client queries and ensuring timely submissions
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings in the IT infrastructure market
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and partners to deliver integrated solutions and achieve business objectives
- Work with product teams to provide valuable customer feedback and drive product roadmap enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT pre-sales, with a strong focus on storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Proven expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the IT infrastructure market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
