Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site service, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in standby duties and provide support outside regular working hours as needed.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement solutions through self-learning and research.
- Accurately document service activities and maintain proper records.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and communicate professionally with customers.
- Ensure punctuality and commitment to completing assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take on standby duties as part of the job.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to self-learn and research technical information.
- Strong communication skills to interact with peers and customers.
- Highly punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering tasks on time.
