We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IP/Network Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge fixed network solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and development of innovative fixed network solutions, including SDN, PON, DWDM, routing protocols, and network architecture
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate new business opportunities, conduct pre-sales activities, and drive customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts, providing technical guidance and support throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- Oversee the successful implementation of network solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in the fixed network domain
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams, partners, and customers
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in fixed network technologies (SDN, PON, DWDM, routing protocols) and network design
- Hands-on experience in network architecture design, including HLD/LLD
- Proven track record in project management and successful delivery of complex network solutions
- Experience working directly with network vendors and/or operators
- Understanding of 5G technologies and their integration into fixed network infrastructure
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
