Play a key role in driving customer success within the government and/or BFSI market. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Vertical Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge ICT solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by our customers in this sector
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex ICT solutions, encompassing data center, cloud, networking, security, and emerging technologies
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, translate customer needs into compelling solutions, and drive revenue growth
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the Government and/or BFSI sectors
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to sales teams, customers, and partners throughout the entire sales cycle
- Oversee the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, project timelines, and budget adherence
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, marketing, and other key stakeholders
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ICT infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering solutions within the government and/or BFSI market
- Deep understanding of IT trends, including cloud computing, virtualization, data center technologies, and cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, data center technologies (servers, storage, networking), and security best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior-level decision-makers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., industry-specific certifications, cloud certifications) are a plus
