We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Service Manager and Project Manager in the ICT Solutions domain. These roles will focus on driving customer satisfaction, managing service delivery, and ensuring the successful execution of projects
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements, design tailored service solutions, and develop winning bids
- Lead project execution, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management
- Ensure successful project delivery, meeting deadlines and budget targets
- Manage customer relationships, address escalations, and drive customer satisfaction
- Build and lead high-performing project teams
- Ensure network stability and compliance with all relevant standards
- Achieve project business objectives and optimize resource utilization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields
- 5+ years' experience in ICT service delivery or project management
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills; experience with senior-level customer interactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional night shifts and on-call duties
