Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client stakeholders, build relationships, and deepen client accounts to assist in ongoing business development.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project.
- Monitor and control project performance through regular reporting to management and clients.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
Requirements:
- Must have both marine and construction working experience.
- Must have experience in handling full projects and managing client relationships.
- Marine construction-related working experience is preferred.
- Possess a Certificate of Project Manager Safety Course is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc. Knowledge in SketchUp is a plus.
- Strong capability in client management and team/people management. High emotional intelligence to manage and work effectively with workers and divers from different nationalities and backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
